We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join a well-established property repairs and maintenance team, carrying out a varied programme of works across domestic properties. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who enjoys variety and is confident completing general building repairs alongside a range of associated trades. You'll be working across both occupied and void properties, completing responsive repairs, maintenance and planned works with a strong focus on quality workmanship and getting the job completed right first time.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Builder, you'll undertake a broad range of internal and external building repairs. No two days are likely to be the same, making this ideal for somebody with a strong general building background who can turn their hand to multiple trades.

- General building repairs and property maintenance.
- Brickwork repairs, rebuilding and pointing.
- Groundworks, excavation and laying pipework or ducting.
- Soundproofing and insulation.
- Studwork, dry lining and plaster patching.
- Basic plastering and finishing works.
- Timber roof and floor structural repairs.
- Installation and repairs to timber and UPVC windows.
- Fencing repairs and replacement.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant building trade.
- Strong experience within general building repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose repairs and determine the most appropriate solution.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
