Multi Trade Operative 

Location: London – Walthamstow Patch
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: £25.45 Umbrella per hour
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a leading housing association, carrying out responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.

Duties
Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs within domestic properties.
Complete a range of multi-trade maintenance works.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Provide a professional service to residents and tenants.
Requirements
Previous experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.
Strong multi-trade experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Basic DBS required.
Good customer service and communication skills.

A company vehicle will be provided for the role.
