Multi Trade Operative 

Location: Haringey, Enfield, Hackney, Islington & Barnet
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £25.45 Umbrella per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a strong plumbing background to carry out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout North London.

Duties
Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs within occupied properties.
Complete a range of multi-trade works, with a particular focus on plumbing.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Carry out general property maintenance across multiple trades.
Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Provide a professional service to residents and tenants.
Requirements
Strong plumbing experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.
Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
