Multi trade operative

Multi Trade Operative Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: £20.99 Umbrella per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with a strong carpentry background to carry out repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in and around Haywards Heath.
Duties

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs within occupied properties.
• Complete a range of multi-trade works, with a particular focus on carpentry.
• Carry out repairs to doors, frames, locks, kitchens and other timber fixtures.
• Complete additional general maintenance and multi-trade tasks as required.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Provide a professional service to residents and tenants.

Requirements

• Strong carpentry experience alongside additional multi-trade skills.
• Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
