Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Voids – Temp Contract)
Location: Kent (Tonbridge)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Contract: 6-month temporary contract
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour

About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to support refurbishment works on void properties across Kent.
This is a full-time, temporary position for an initial period of 6 months. You’ll work alongside a permanent Clarion Response Operative. A Basic DBS check will be required prior to starting. A company Van and power tools also provided with the position. Key Details:

• Focus: Void property refurbishment
• Trades Considered: Multi-trade operatives preferred, though strong carpenters or plumbers with kitchen & bathroom fitting experience will be considered
• Tools: Own hand tools required
• Vehicle: Van and tools provided
• DBS: Basic check required

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid background in one core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing)
• Confident in kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Flexible and able to support various void refurbishment tasks
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
