Location: Ashford, Kent (Residential Properties)
Rate: £20 per hour
Van Fuel Card Provided
Contract: 3 Months (Permanent Opportunity After)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on residential properties in and around Ashford, Kent.

This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Carrying out mainly plumbing works, with additional carpentry duties
• Working on residential properties
• Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
• Power tools provided (own hand tools required)

Requirements:

• Strong plumbing background (main trade)
• Carpentry skills essential
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
