Multi Trade Operative
Location: Stevenage, Luton & Hatfield areas (based from SG1)
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to work on void properties across the Stevenage, Luton, and Hatfield areas.
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs, covering all aspects of your specialist trade as well as associated secondary trades where required.
All work must be completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard within set deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance and repair work in void properties
• Carry out property MOTs and general refurbishment tasks
• Ensure all works are completed within agreed timescales and quality standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in a multi-trade or maintenance role
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence preferred
