Location: Bracknell
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: 12-week temporary-to-permanent position
Permanent Salary: Up to £38,847.17 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a social housing maintenance team covering Bracknell and the surrounding area.

The successful candidate will carry out plumbing repairs and general multi-trade maintenance within occupied and empty properties. This role will initially be offered on a 12-week temporary basis, with the aim of progressing into a permanent position.

Duties will include:

• Completing plumbing repairs and installations
• Diagnosing faults and completing responsive maintenance
• Carrying out general multi-trade repairs
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Providing a professional service to residents

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Plumber or Multi Trade Operative
• Strong plumbing skills with experience in additional trades
• Experience working within social housing or property maintenance
• Relevant trade qualification or suitable industry experience
• Full UK driving licence
