Neighbourhood Manager – Part Time Contract (17.5 hours per week)

About the Role
The Neighbourhood Manager will oversee a customer patch of approximately 350 residents, ensuring estate standards are maintained, addressing tenancy issues, and fostering strong community relationships. The role is initially for four weeks, with a flexible schedule of 17.5 hours per week, ideally excluding Fridays. You will carry out estate inspections, respond to tenancy concerns, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to provide a high standard of housing management.

Candidate Responsibilities
- Manage a community of around 350 residents, maintaining estate standards.
- Conduct estate and property inspections regularly.
- Manage tenancy issues including safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, noise complaints, and neighbour disputes.
- Build positive relationships with residents, offering tailored support where needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent housing services.
- Complete home visits and handle safeguarding cases.
- Address safety and maintenance issues proactively.
- Previous experience in housing or neighbourhood management.
- Knowledge of tenancy management, estate issues, and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with residents with complex needs.
- Problem-solving abilities and IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must hold a Standard DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
- Competitive rate of £22.82 LTD per hour.
