Neighbourhood Manager – £25.76 LTD p/h – Hybrid (3 Days Office) – 12 Week Contract
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Manager on behalf of a well-established housing provider. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take ownership of a local patch and deliver high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management services.
Role Details

• Rate: £25.76 LTD per hour
• Contract: 12 weeks
• Working pattern: Hybrid – minimum 3 days in the office (or more when service needs require)
• Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated neighbourhood, ensuring homes and communities remain safe, well-managed, and desirable places to live.
• Deliver a visible, customer-focused service, acting as the main point of contact for residents.
• Manage tenancy matters including breaches, ASB, safeguarding concerns, and legal action where required.
• Carry out estate inspections, welcome visits, and face-to-face resident engagement.
• Identify and support vulnerable residents, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Prepare notices, evidence, and attend court where necessary.
• Promote resident involvement, attend community meetings, and help shape local service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure performance targets and KPIs are achieved.

Neighbourhood Manager job role
Requirements

• Proven experience in housing or neighbourhood management
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB, and UK housing legislation
• Experience managing a patch and working directly with residents
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver excellent customer service
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills
• Housing qualification (CIOH) desirable but not essential

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being visible in their community and delivering practical solutions that improve resident experience.
