Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a well-established Housing Association to recruit an experienced Neighbourhood Officer for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Long Stratton. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional to manage a defined patch and deliver a high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a geographical patch, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld
- Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbour nuisance cases
- Carry out regular estate inspections and identify required actions
- Conduct tenancy sign-ups, accompanied viewings, tenancy audits, and end-of-tenancy liaison
- Represent the organisation in court and prepare witness statements where required
- Support vulnerable tenants and signpost to appropriate services, including domestic abuse support
- Work closely with partner agencies such as Police, Social Services, and Mental Health teams
- Lead on community engagement and improvement initiatives
- Monitor and follow up on fire safety and compliance actions
Requirements
- Experience within housing management or a similar customer-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of tenancy management and ASB processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic DBS (required for the role)
