Location: Hendon Police College, Aerodrome Rd, London, NW9 5JE
Contract: 12 month contract with likely extension

Pay Rate: £265 LTD per hour

- Lead delivery of the Neighbourhood Policing Programme to operational police staff in a classroom environment
- Facilitate structured, student-centred learning that translates into operational capability
- Manage classroom dynamics, including resistance and challenge from experienced officers
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to embed real-world policing context into delivery
- Track and maintain learner progress, attendance, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all delivery meets organisational, security, and professional standards
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience delivering training within policing, law enforcement, or similarly high-accountability environments
- Strong understanding of neighbourhood policing principles and community engagement
- Ability to build credibility quickly with mixed-rank audiences
- Evidence of improving learner outcomes or programme delivery, not just maintaining it
