NQ Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded Legal 500 firm renowned for its commitment to excellence, client care, and professional development. The company is looking for an NQ Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality dispute matters, working with a diverse client base and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department.
 
Role: NQ Dispute Resolution Lawyer
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
 
The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will:

• Manage your own caseload to the highest professional standards, ensuring timely communication and accurate record keeping.
• Handle a wide spectrum of work such as commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery, property litigation, employment, contentious probate, construction disputes and shareholder & partnership disputes.
• Contribute to business development through effective networking, client relationship management, and cross-selling of the firm’s services.

Key Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a current practicing and experience within litigation law.
• Solid experience in Dispute Resolution / Litigation, ideally within a reputable firm.
• Drive to meet billing targets and support the firm’s growth objectives.
