NQ Property Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor with an interest in property litigation to develop their expertise, work alongside experienced legal professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of property disputes.

Location: Manchester / Hybrid Working
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Experience: Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
 
Responsibilities as a property litigation solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
• Advise clients on commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
• Assist with lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture proceedings and possession claims.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and witness statements.
• Support senior solicitors on complex property disputes and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

About you as a property litigation solicitor:

• A Newly Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with experience in property litigation gained during a training contract or previous paralegal role.
• A good understanding of property law and civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for developing a career in property litigation.
