 Service Care Solution's has a excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a respected firm in Stirling, working across both commercial and residential property matters. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement and the chance to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
• Assisting senior solicitors on larger or complex transactions.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 1 year PQE) with experience in property law (commercial or residential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Client-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work collaboratively.
