The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a specialist provision supporting children and young people aged 5–19 with autism and complex needs.

As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will:
- Conduct specialist assessments and deliver evidence-based OT interventions
- Develop individualised therapy plans informed by clinical formulation
- Support educational and residential colleagues to embed therapeutic approaches
- Provide consultation, training and professional guidance
- Contribute to creating therapeutic living and learning environments
You will:
- Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Have substantial experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
- Be confident delivering therapeutic interventions independently
- Have experience supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed practice
- Be an effective communicator, trainer and role model
- Be highly organised and proactive
- Hold a full UK driving licence (travel may be required)
