Pensions Associate

Service Care Legal are working with a leading UK law firm seeking a Pensions Associate (1–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded specialist team, advising trustees, employers and pension scheme providers across a broad range of pensions matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive team, with exposure to advisory, regulatory and corporate transactional work.

ROLE:                  Pensions Associate (1–3 PQE)
LOCATION:         Surrey / hybrid working:                   
SALARY:              £60,000 to £80,000


Please note that this role is a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

The Role
 

• Advise trustees and employers on pensions and life assurance matters, including governance, benefits and compliance.
• Support on corporate transactions, including pensions due diligence and related documentation.
• Draft and review scheme documentation, member communications and legal advice.
• Undertake research and advise on legislative and regulatory developments.

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 PQE and pensions experience/exposure.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within pensions law and working within a specialist team.
