Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Dispenser As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately dispensing prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards
- Labelling and preparing medications for patient collection
- Supporting the pharmacist with daily dispensary operations
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Managing stock control and ensuring safe storage of medicines
- Maintaining precise records to comply with regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a GP Surgery or pharmacy setting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
