Planning and Highways Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working with a dynamic local authority, based in Nottinghamshire, which needs an experienced Planning and Highways Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a lasting impact on the local community.
 
Role: Planning and Highways Lawyer
Location: Nottinghamshire – hybrid/remote
Umbrella Rate: £55-£60ph
PAYE inc. Rate: £47.96 - £52.30ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing            
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle your own caseload of planning and highways law from start to completion.
• Advising on Section 106 agreements, planning obligations and related documentation.
• Dealing with highways agreements, rights and obligations and associated legal issues.

Key Requirements:

• You must be a UK-qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with demonstrable experience within planning and highways law.
• Be able to manage your own planning and highways law caseload with minimal supervision.
• Previous local government experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
