Job Title: Plasterer (Social Housing)
Location: Derby
Rate: £18 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to work on tenanted social housing properties in the Derby area.
The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of plastering work and must be competent in all types of finishes. You will be working in occupied properties, so a professional and respectful approach is essential. Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in social housing (tenanted properties)
• Skilled in all aspects of plastering, including patch work, full skims, and all finishing types
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness
• Own tools and transport preferred
• CSCS card (desirable)
