Location: Malling
Rate: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering the Malling area.

The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plastering works within occupied and void social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Internal plastering repairs and maintenance
• Responsive repairs
• Void property works
• Property MOT works
• Completing secondary trade tasks where required
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and KPIs
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and workmanship

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing
• Experience with responsive repairs and void properties
• Ability to carry out works independently
• Full UK Driving Licence 

Pay: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella)
