Salary: £22.27 Ltd per hour (PAYE inc equivalent £19.11 per hour)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy property repairs and maintenance team based out of Beeston, Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for consistent, full-time work across Nottinghamshire, Derby and Leicester, with a company van and fuel card provided.

You'll be carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance across residential properties, delivering a high standard of workmanship while providing an excellent service to residents.

The Role

As a Plasterer, you'll undertake a varied programme of repairs and maintenance across domestic properties.
 

• Carrying out plastering repairs within occupied and void properties.
• Skimming walls and ceilings to a high-quality finish.
• Plaster patching following other maintenance and repair works.
• Preparing walls and surfaces prior to plastering.
• Repairing damaged or defective plasterwork.
• Applying bonding and finishing plaster where required.
• Repairing cracks, holes and damaged wall or ceiling surfaces.
• Installing and repairing plasterboard.

What We're Looking For
 

• Experience completing both full and patch plastering works.
• Experience working within domestic properties.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Previous experience working within Social Housing or responsive repairs and maintenance would be particularly advantageous.
