Job Title: Plumber (Non-Gas)
Location: North Tyneside
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Rate: £19 per hour

About the Role:
A local authority based in North Tyneside is seeking a reliable and skilled Plumber (Non-Gas) to join our Property Health Check service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, carrying out repairs and maintenance across council properties.
You will work closely in pairs with a Joiner to deliver high-quality maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks within the council’s Property Health Check service
• Collaborate effectively with Joiners and other tradespeople on site
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and respectfully with tenants and residents
• Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes to meet service standards

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing (non-gas related) repairs and maintenance
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
• Ability to work safely and follow health & safety regulations
