Practice Nurse

Are you a dedicated Practice Nurse looking to make a difference in the community? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Practice Nurse to join busy GP surgeries across Liverpool.

Position: Practice Nurse
Location: Liverpool - Multiple locations
Rate: £30 LTD per hour  (£26.74 PAYE Inclu) + £250 SCS Welcome Bonus * Paid after 150hrs worked
Contract: Adhoc - Flexible shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing cervical cytology (smear tests) with attention to detail and patient comfort
• Managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Administering immunisations and travel vaccinations7
• Providing health education and lifestyle advice
• Supporting the wider practice team with various clinical duties

Requirements:

• NMC registration with valid PIN
• Proven experience in primary care settings
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
