Location: Westminster, SW1P
Pay: Up to £35 LTD p/h
Service Care Solutions are seeking a handful of experienced Practice Nurses to support its out-of-hours service throughout December and January, extension possible. This role offers flexible evening and Saturday shifts and is well-suited to clinicians looking for additional hours or adaptable working patterns.
An NHS Smartcard is essential.

- Monday–Friday: 18:30 – 20:00
- Saturday: 08:30 – 16:00
- Clinics operate across the full December–January period.

- Cervical Cytology (Cervical Sample Taker)
- Childhood Immunisations
- Phlebotomy
- Wound Care
- Asthma Management
- Diabetes reviews
- Mental Health reviews
- Learning Disability health checks
- Foot checks and management
- IM Injections
- Urinalysis
- Zoladex injections
- ECG
- Ear Syringing
- Travel Immunisations
- Undertake chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
- Deliver treatment room services including phlebotomy, wound care, ECGs, immunisations, and health checks.
- Carry out cervical screening to national standards.
- Administer vaccinations for adults and children in accordance with PGDs and national guidance.
- Provide evidence-based clinical care and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective service delivery.
- Contribute to high-quality patient care in line with practice protocols and professional requirements.
