Locum Practice Nurse – Nottingham
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse, to support a GP Surgery in the Nottingham area.
Location: Nottingham, NG9
Contract: Locum Cover
Rate: £32 LTD p.h / £28 PAYE Inclusive
Working Hours: 7:30am-4pm (30 min unpaid break) | Flexible days (Ideally Mondays and Tuesdays)

Role Overview
- Conduct annual reviews in line with QoF standards, including:
- Asthma, COPD, Diabetes
- Hypertension, IHD, Stroke, CKD
- Perform cervical cytology (smears)
- Administer vaccinations and immunisations (including childhood programmes)
- Undertake wound care and dressing changes
- Carry out phlebotomy (bloods)
- Perform ECGs
- Conduct contraception checks, including depot injections
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Previous experience working within GP/primary care settings
- Competent across all listed clinical duties
