Salary: £46,066.59 per annum | Full-Time | Permanent

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a permanent position within a supportive primary care environment. Locum applications will also be considered.

The Role:
The successful Practice Nurse will be responsible for delivering a high standard of clinical care, supporting patients with ongoing health needs and contributing to health promotion and preventative care.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Long Term Conditions
• Health promotion and disease prevention
• Wound care and a range of clinical procedures
• Immunisations and vaccinations
• Travel health
• Ear care
• Phlebotomy
• ECGs
• Blood pressure monitoring
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Spirometry
• Minor procedures
• Therapeutic monitoring
• Screening and health checks
• Women's and men's health
• Cardiovascular health
• Sexual health

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Practice Nurse
• Experience working within a GP/Primary Care setting
• Confident undertaking a broad range of Practice Nurse duties and clinical procedures
• Strong communication and patient-centred approach

• £46,066.59 per annum
• 6.6 weeks annual leave
