Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact during the most crucial stage of a child’s development.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where children can explore, grow, and develop socially, emotionally, and academically. You will plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework, and work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of early childhood education, strong classroom management skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping young learners thrive.


Duties/Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, and provide feedback to both students and parents.
• Work closely with teaching staff, leadership, and support staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Contribute to the wider school life by attending meetings, training, and events.

• Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to raising standards in education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 - EYFS preferable
• Enhanced DBS check
• Right to work in the UK
• Provide professional references
• Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
