Role Overview

Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, and provide feedback to both students and parents.
- Work closely with teaching staff, leadership, and support staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Contribute to the wider school life by attending meetings, training, and events.
Person Specification
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to raising standards in education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 - EYFS preferable
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
- Provide professional references
- Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable)
