Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expert guidance within the Family Help Team
- Support complex casework and decision-making to ensure high standards of practice
- Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of reflective practice and learning
- Work collaboratively with partners to deliver effective interventions
- Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support
- Supportive management with regular reflective supervision
