Private Client Solicitor

Service care Solutions are working with a outstanding law firm which has a excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded firm in Stirling.
You will focus on succession planning and related areas, working closely with clients to provide tailored advice on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration. This is a forward-looking role, with clear scope for progression into a senior position within the team.

The role:

• Advising clients on all aspects of succession planning
• Drafting wills, trusts, and related documents
• Handling executries and powers of attorney
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate support

About you:

• 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge of succession planning
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ambition to develop into a senior role and contribute to the growth of the practice
