Private Client Solicitor

Service care solutions are working closely with a reputable law firm based in Aberdeen, who are on the look out to recruit a Private Client Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team and take ownership of a varied caseload, with real opportunities for growth and development.

You will specialise in private client matters, including:

• Wills
• Powers of attorney
• Executries (Probate / Estate Administration)
• (Bonus if you have experience in trusts – but not essential)

This role offers flexibility, with hybrid working options available.

•  The Ideal Candidate: You’ll be someone who:
• Can confidently manage your own caseload
• Has a proactive and client-focused approach
•  well organised and a strong problem solver
• Has proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• A solid grounding in private client law is essential; trust work is a bonus.
