Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working alongside a well-established Scottish law firm, located in the historic heart of Stirling, who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative department that prides itself on delivering a first-class service to its clients.

The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for a varied caseload involving:

• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Administering Executry Estates and Trusts
• Preparing IHT forms, Executry Accounts, and associated financial documentation
• Taking client instructions and managing files from initial contact to distribution
• Supervising and mentoring Paralegals and Trainees
• Ensuring compliance with tax and legal deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years PQE in Private Client work within a Scottish law firm
• Solid knowledge of Executry, Trusts, and Estate Administration
• Strong drafting, organisational, and client care skills
• An enthusiastic team player who can work autonomously
• Passionate about Private Client law and delivering high-quality client service
• Committed to staying updated with legal and tax developments
