Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking and dynamic law firm located in the heart of Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 2–3 years PQE to take the next step in their career.
 
Role: Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
 
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a wide range of matters including:

• Wills and Estate Administration
• Court of Protection
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting Deeds of Variation
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Trusts

What the company is looking for:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales with 2 years of PQE in Private Client law.
• Someone with strong business development skills.
• A key eye for detail with a strong legal acumen.
