Private Client Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established and reputable law firm in Boston, Lincolnshire. They are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice offering flexible hybrid working.

This role is on a hybrid basis and is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters while delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client care standards.

Key responsibilities as a Private Client Solicitor:

• Managing a full caseload of private client files from instruction through to completion
• Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
• Handling Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Deputyship applications
• Providing advice on Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to business development and networking activities

 
About you:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–5 years PQE considered)
• Experience managing a private client caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
