Service Care Solutions are working with a London based Housing Association to recruit a Procurement Manager on a 6-month contract. This is a key role within the Assets & Repairs team, ensuring the delivery of compliant, value-driven procurement activity that supports safe homes, strong communities, and the organisation’s wider social purpose.
You’ll lead procurement projects across assets and repairs, ensure alignment with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015, and embed social value and sustainability across all contracting activity.

You’ll lead procurement projects across assets and repairs, ensure alignment with the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015, and embed social value and sustainability across all contracting activity.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity for the Assets & Repairs service.
- Ensure full compliance with UK public procurement legislation, including the Procurement Act 2023.
- Drive social value outcomes and sustainability commitments through all contracts.
- Support the Head of Assets & Repairs with strategic planning and best-practice procurement.
- Manage tender processes, evaluations, award recommendations, and contract implementation.
- Navigate Section 20 requirements for leaseholder consultation.
- Utilise procurement frameworks effectively and appropriately.
- Expert understanding of public-sector procurement regulations (PCR 2015 & Procurement Act 2023).
- Knowledge of Section 20 leaseholder consultation.
- Strong experience delivering compliant procurement in social housing or wider public sector.
- Confident using procurement frameworks and advising on best routes to market.
- Collaborative and solutions-focused, with a commitment to delivering value for residents.
