Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to work on a full-time, long term contract for a classified client in Westminster, London.
Pay for the role can be discussed upon application.
The role is an initial 7 month contact with a view to be extended.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design and configure new collaboration solutions, using the most appropriate Microsoft 365 product(s) to meet user needs, following agreed governance processes.
- Provide 3rd line support for collaboration tools, taking escalations from the service desk and service delivery teams and prioritising requests in line with agreed criteria.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues through platform configuration changes, workarounds/enhancements, operating procedure changes, and clear technical guidance/documentation.
- Escalate to other platform colleagues and/or external suppliers when required, ensuring ownership through to resolution.
- Ensure work is completed and documented to required standards, methods and procedures, with documentation accessible to those who need it.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by proactively monitoring ticket progress, keeping stakeholders informed, and managing expectations.
- Support continual improvement in the use of the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, keeping up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and new functionality.
- Line management of analysts as required.
- Strong, hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a support and/or engineering capacity (collaboration-focused).
- Proven 3rd line support background, including investigation and resolution of complex incidents/problems.
- Experience designing/configuring collaboration solutions with appropriate governance and change control.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and produce high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work in a security-conscious environment and pass background checks.
- Able to commit to 4 days per week on-site in Westminster, London (1 day WFH).
