  • Develop and manage resident consultation and communication plans for individual projects
  • Liaise closely with contractors, surveyors and internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality resident experience
  • Attend site visits to resolve issues face-to-face and monitor resident satisfaction
  • Handle complaints, feedback and general enquiries in line with policy and best practice
  • Support leaseholders with information relating to major works and service charge contributions
  • Coordinate temporary or permanent decants where required
  • Organise and attend contract meetings, prepare agendas and circulate minutes
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and performance data

  • Identify and support vulnerable residents, ensuring appropriate measures are in place
  • Act as client representative or project lead on smaller contracts where required
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a Resident Liaison or similar role within a housing or property environment
  • Strong background in resident communication, consultation and complaint handling
  • Experience working alongside contractors on planned or capital works programmes
  • Good understanding of contract delivery and basic budget monitoring
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage data and reports accurately
  • Confident running meetings, taking minutes and managing multiple workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
What’s on offer:
  • £35,000 per annum
  • Permanent opportunity within a stable and well-structured organisation
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact residents’ homes and lives
  • Supportive team environment with clear processes and responsibilities
