A great opportunity to join a respected Local Authority as a Property Administrator supporting key housing contracts across Kent.
THE ROLE
The Property Administrator will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of property-related contracts, ensuring repairs, compliance works and resident enquiries are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role within housing, property, construction or contract management.
You will also have:
Working Hours: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, 9–5
Length of Contract: Temporary Contract - 3 Months
Salary: The pay for the role is £15.66 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £13.44 per hour, inclusive of holiday. HOW TO APPLY

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for repairs, fire safety works, and damp & mould cases
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure delivery meets agreed specifications
- Process works orders from instruction through to completion
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
- Minute operational meetings and record clear actions for governance purposes
- Liaise with contractors, internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and data on internal systems
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role within housing, property, construction or contract management.
You will also have:
- Strong IT skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising effectively
- Understanding of property repairs processes and terminology
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
