Property Administrator Responsibilities
As a Property Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of housing-related services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support for repairs, fire safety works, and damp & mould cases
- Monitoring contractor performance to ensure service delivery meets established standards
- Processing works orders efficiently from instruction to completion
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and updating residents accordingly
- Minute-taking during operational meetings and recording clear actions for governance
- Liaising with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data on internal systems
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the following skills:
- Previous experience in housing, property, construction, or contract management roles
- Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, capable of remaining calm under pressure
- Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks
- Good understanding of property repairs processes and terminology
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
