Property Administrator Responsibilities

As a Property Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of housing-related services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for repairs, fire safety works, and damp & mould cases
  • Monitoring contractor performance to ensure service delivery meets established standards
  • Processing works orders efficiently from instruction to completion
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and updating residents accordingly
  • Minute-taking during operational meetings and recording clear actions for governance
  • Liaising with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data on internal systems
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience and the following skills:

  • Previous experience in housing, property, construction, or contract management roles
  • Strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, capable of remaining calm under pressure
  • Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks
  • Good understanding of property repairs processes and terminology
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
