Property Law Paralegal

Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside.

This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a very fast-paced department.

You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.

They are paying a competitive salary of £24,000- £26,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

• Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• Assisting the property team day to day in all offices.
• Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice

 
About you as a conveyancer:

• Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
• Excellent attention to details
• Good communication and IT skills
• At least 12 month experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
