Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a Popular Local Authority based in Greater Manchester that is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality property law matters while benefiting from a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

This role is on a Hybrid basis on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.
The rate is £50-£55ph umbrella (depending on experience)
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.50 - £48.89 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities as a Property Lawyer:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property matters on behalf of the Local Authority
• Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases relating to council land and assets
• Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements including leases, licences, easements, and transfers
• Provide legal support on regeneration and development projects

About you as a Property Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in Property Law
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
