Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a reputable Local Authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive legal team and handle a varied and interesting caseload, all while working fully remotely.
 
Role: Property Lawyer – Local Authority
Location: Northamptonshire - Fully Remote
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55 per hour
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £48.41per hour
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, licences, and renewals.
• Supporting regeneration and development projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Barrister (in England and Wales) with significant experience in commercial property law.
• Previous experience working within a Local Authority is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
