Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Local Authority in Newcastle for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their legal team on a fully remote basis.

Location: Newcastle / Fully Remote
Contract: Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Rate: £50.00 - £55.00 per hour Umbrella
PAYE (Inclusive of Holiday Pay): £44.06 - £48.41 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property legal professional to work on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice on a broad range of complex property matters.

Responsibilities as a Property Lawyer:

• Managing a varied caseload of property matters, including lease negotiations and property transactions.
• Providing specialist legal advice on a wide range of commercial and local government property issues.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts, agreements and other legal documentation.
• Representing the organisation in property disputes, negotiations and legal proceedings where required.

About you as a Property Lawyer:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with significant experience in Property Law.
• Strong experience managing complex property transactions and property-related legal matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively within a wider legal team.
