Service Care Solutions is working alongside Leading Legal 500 law firm, based in Birmingham, which is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their litigation team. Working with widely recognised organisations and long-standing commercial clients, the company offers an exceptional platform for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor looking to advance their career in a respected Legal 500 environment.
 
Role: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
 
Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first-class reputation.
• The caseload will include but is not limited to:
  • Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
  • Boundary disputes.
  • General property disputes.
  • TOLATA claims.
  • Professional negligence claims relating to property.
  • Commercial and general litigation support when required.

Key Requirements

• 3 years of PQE (as a solicitor in England and Wales) in Property Litigation law.
• Strong advocacy skills.
• A proactive approach to building on the firm’s strong market reputation.
