Service Care Solutions are currently working with a professional law firm who are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to further develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment across one of their Northwest offices.

Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Preston, Manchester, or Kendal Office
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
PQE Requirement: 4 years

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes while contributing to the wider success of the team. You will be involved in high-quality work and have the opportunity to develop your expertise in this specialist area.

Key Responsibilities as a Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Drafting correspondence and court documents
• Liaising with the Court, instructing counsel and expert witnesses
• Attending hearings and all-party meetings
• Supporting other team members and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate
• Developing and strengthening your expertise in property litigation

About you as a Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with 4 years PQE in Property Litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable
