Property Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working with a well-established, Legal 500 firm based in London who are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of high-quality matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
 
ROLE:                  Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE:                     3 to 5 years’
LOCATION:         London / hybrid working
SALARY:              £60,000 to £80,000 DOE and interview performance
 
The Role 

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property disputes, including landlord & tenant, development issues and land rights
• Draft key legal documents, conduct research, and support case strategy through to resolution
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives
• Work closely with senior lawyers and external counsel while taking increasing ownership of matters

 The Person
 

• 3–5 years’ PQE in property litigation within private practice
• Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Proactive, team-oriented and keen to develop professionally
