Property Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Legal are working with a highly-respected law firm based in East London who are seeking a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. Please find below further details around this opportunity.
 
ROLE:                  Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE:                     5-7 years’
LOCATION:         East London
SALARY:              £50,000 to £70,000 DOE / interview performance
 
Please note that this is primarily an office-based position.
 
The Role
 

• Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, forfeiture and dilapidations.
• Real property disputes involving easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light.
• Property-related contractual disputes.
• Possession proceedings and trespass claims.
• Professional negligence claims involving surveyors and other property professionals.

 
The Person
 

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 5 to 7 years’ PQE
• Experience in managing a full caseload of Commercial Property Litigation matters
• Comfortable in supervising and mentoring more junior members of staff
