Qualified Conveyancers

Service care solutions are currently working in partnership with a highly professional and well-established law firm with offices located across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Qualified Conveyancing Lawyer to join their expanding Residential Property team on either a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional who is looking to join a forward-thinking firm that offers flexibility, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

They pay a competative salary of £45,000 annum - £55,000 annum depending on experience and interview performance. 

Responsibilities as a Qualified Conveyancer:

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Work independently while being supported by an experienced team and modern case management systems.
• The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including, Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of equity, New build transactions, Shared ownership matters, Right to Buy transactions, Lease extensions (desirable), Providing excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process

About you as a Qualified Conveyancer:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (CILEx)

• Have approximately 2-5 years' PQE within residential conveyancing
• Be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Be confident using case management systems and working in a paperless environment
