- £384.77 LTD (inclusive of holiday pay)
- OR £300 PAYE (exclusive of holiday pay)
About the RoleBracknell Forest Council is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support and drive continuous improvement within Adult Social Care. This is a key role focused on ensuring high standards of service delivery and positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Key Objectives
- Implement and lead quality assurance processes in line with the council’s QA strategy and Adult Social Care framework
- Ensure services consistently meet required standards while striving for excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual auditing programme for Adult Social Care and coordinate monthly audits
- Work closely with the Performance Team to ensure data informs service improvement
- Coordinate quality assurance functions through forums, offering support, challenge, and guidance
- Ensure service performance is informed by service user feedback
- Produce regular QA reports for management teams
- Deliver an annual audit report outlining findings, learning, and improvement actions
- Support inspection readiness and action planning following audits and inspections
- Contribute to overall performance improvement across Adult Social Care
- Undertake additional duties as required in line with the role
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Adult Social Care quality assurance or auditing
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive service improvement
- Confident in report writing and presenting findings
- Experience supporting inspections and improvement plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
