Real Estate Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a well-known and highly regarded law firm based in Manchester that is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters while benefiting from a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
 
Responsibilities as a Real Estate Solicitor:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, assignments, and licences.
• Supporting property development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals.
• Conducting title investigations and providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documentation including leases, agreements for lease, and sale contracts.
• Working closely with colleagues across departments to support cross-disciplinary matters.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

About you as a Real estate Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
